Yael Designs is proud to be featured in JCK for the visionary craftsmanship behind our Sentience Bangle, a $119,000 one-of-a-kind creation born from a dream – literally.
Founder Yehouda Saketkhou envisioned a way to set one gemstone inside another, without glue or a bezel. To bring this audacious idea to life, he collaborated with master gem cutter Glenn Lehrer, known for his patented Torus cut. Together, they reimagined what’s possible in jewelry design.
The result? A 6.95-carat tanzanite flawlessly nested inside a 26.44-carat aquamarine, held in place by an invisible platinum wire technique that took months to perfect. The piece is finished with over 13 carats of moonstones and diamonds in 18k two-tone gold.
Thanks to Lehrer’s precision cutting and Saketkhou’s bold vision, the stones appear seamlessly bonded- no visible setting, just color, light, and magic. The bangle is more than jewelry—it’s wearable art and a celebration of innovation.
This groundbreaking technique debuts at JCK LUXURY 2016.
